We will be playing Stravinsky’s vibrant Petrushka Suite\, bursting with dazzling rhythms and vivid storytelling\, alongside Glazunov’s enchanting The Seasons\, a richly melodic ballet score that paints a series of beautiful musical landscapes. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself\, meet fellow players\, or simply enjoy a day immersed in great music\, our Come and Play Day promises expert direction\, a friendly atmosphere\, and the unforgettable experience of bringing these spectacular works to life together. \nThe day will end with an informal performance of the music\, followed by a buffet celebration of the Northumberland Orchestra’s 150th Anniversary celebration. \nFurther details will be posted in due course.
