The concert begins with Gershwin’s Cuban Overture\, a lively and colourful homage to the sounds of Havana\, followed by Márquez’s Danzón No. 2\, a sultry and rhythmic masterpiece that pulses with the spirit of Mexico. Villa-Lobos’s Bachianas Brasileiras No. 7 then transports us to Brazil\, with its blend of classical sophistication and tropical allure. The evening continues with Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnole\, featuring virtuoso violin soloist Sasha Raikhlina\, displaying the fiery passion and dance rhythms of Spain. This dynamic program will take you on a musical journey across continents\, full of energy\, emotion\, and exotic flavour. \nConcert Tickets\nTickets to all our concerts can be purchased at the door.
